Due to the delicacy of our natural landscape and our commitment to providing all of our guests with a pristine environment, Hotel El Roblar is a non-smoking property and smoking anywhere within Hotel El Roblar is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking is found in guest rooms, a $500 fee will be charged to the bill.

We invite you to be present and enjoy the moment—and allow others to do the same. Hotel El Roblar offers a calm and relaxing retreat designed for adults. Most rooms feature one king or queen bed and accommodate up to two guests. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in on their own. We welcome visitors of all ages; however, guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and are encouraged to contact our reservations team in advance to discuss room suitability and safety.

Safety Note: We discourage children for safety reasons. Hotel El Roblar is situated in a natural setting with features such as open fireplaces and balconies.

Additionally, our pool does not have lifeguards on duty. Guests must be 18+ to use the pool. If you have kids under 18, please reach out to us to determine alternative pool arrangements.

Our dining establishments welcome guests of all ages.

We welcome a well-socialized, well-trained dog (up to 60 lbs) per reservation, in select room types. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per stay will be applied to your bill.

Hotel El Roblar is a dog-friendly property.

Please note: Dogs are not permitted at the pool and may not be left unsupervised in guest rooms or bungalows for any amount of time. In public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under complete control of their handler at all times. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

There is a resort service charge of $50 per room per night plus applicable taxes. The resort service charge includes complimentary European breakfast, bottled water, and nightly turndown service. Daily use of our bicycles is also included on a first-come, first-serve basis and subject to a waiver to be signed at the front desk.
